Made with an Old School method (méthode ancestral) of creating sparking wine, our 2020 Pét-Nat (short for Pétillant Naturel/ natural bubbles) is quite the exciting new release. The Clairette Blanche grape varietal brings in freshness and texture without being too acid driven. Lemon curd, mandarin peel and lemon verbena notes with lingering hints of candied ginger and fresh croissant. Perfect poolside or for any summer celebration! Doesn’t need a meal at all; would recommend sipping all day long on its own. Cheers!
