Bright and vibrant lemon custard, under ripe pineapple and kefir lime. On the finish, subtle cardamom and ground ginger warm and stimulate the palate. Reminiscent of a freshly opened bag of sour gummy worms!

This is a perfect Fall white wine; a must for the first cold night of Autumn for fireside sipping or to pair with a Thanksgiving holiday spend making memories with the family.

Aged for 9 months sur lie.
